“The bathroom had mold, the bath sink had no stopper, the phone did not work, the TV did not work, the air conditioner was poor. I was told by the desk people that someone would be right up to check x 3 and they never came. Really poor noise insulation from other rooms. Go somewhere else.”

“Our room was clean and ready to go. Got nice and cold. It was a nice surprise they come and make beds and give fresh towels while we were gone. Most hotels we’ve stayed at no longer do that since the shut down. Location was perfect for us in Palatka. Breakfast was simple but hot. Everything was always well stocked and clean. Will be staying here again ”
