“The good: the price was better than its competitors on the weekend, hotel location is near ONT, the area is safe, freeway ramps are close (10 Fwy), amenities are decent (pool & fitness center), and the free breakfast is better than continental. The just okay: the pool is small and gets crowded quickly, the fitness center did not have AC (or if it did, it was inaccessible) and it was HOT, there isn't much to do within walking distance, and the hotel is a bit dated. So, not great, but not bad.”

“We have been using Candlewood since it opened & have always enjoyed their friendly staff & laid-back atmosphere. I really hate to admit that Candlewood's better days seem to be in the past. Perhaps it is due to the management or maybe inflation, but it is noticeable that repairs are not being made. For us, it is both disappointing and difficult to see. It was never like that, which is why we always felt comfortable here on all our previous stays. Unfortunately, this visit to Candlewood made us realize it might be time to find a different hotel to come home to.”

“When I booked the hotel, Agoda said they would provide me with free breakfast and a free shuttle. However, the hotel told me that there was no free shuttle service and breakfast provided me and contact the agida. Agoda must take responsibility for its promises to its customers.”

“It’s an okay for your money, it has very espasius rooms, an okay breakfast, close to in and out burgers, chicken fillets, staff okay, rooms decently clean, crappy tvs but decent, in afternoon they have a good complementary lemonade , close to I 10 fwy, and that’s it, overall it’s a good place ”

“Pros 1. Reasonable price with free breakfast. 2. Easily access to high way Cons 1. Very noisy and you can hear the noise from high way and air crafts. I am not recommend the travelers have a stay here if they are sensitive to noise. By the way, I was in room 229, which is on the second floor and close to high way 60.”

“Ayres est bien situé, proche de tout ce qu’il faut. Les chambres sont propres et bien entretenues. Elles paraissent moins vieillottes qu’en décembre. Un service petit déjeuner est compris jusqu’à 9h ( le personnel présent accepte les retards mais faut pas non plus exagérer) Dans l’hôtel, il y a le « Laundry » très utile, les machines sont payables avec cartes ou applications sur téléphone. Il présente un bon rapport qualité -prix. Je le recommande vraiment.”

“Rooms are super clean and the front staff is awesome especially the lady the drives the bus and picks up people. Quiet clean parking lot especially at night. Tv's I Are Internet TV's. Showers got great water pressure. Definitely got my money's worth ”
