“This is the second time I've stayed here and will continue to make this our half way stop when visiting family. The rooms are spacious and the facilities are clean and modern. Morning breakfast has tons of options and if you're not feeling that, most rooms have small kitchens to fix up whatever fair you want. I look forward to stopping here after a long drive.”

“Stayed here the night before my mother's surgery @ UAMS. Room was clean. Breakfast was excellent. Night attendant wasn't very friendly. Acted annoyed that she had to go unlock the door to the indoor pool for us. Overall, I'd stay there again for sure. ”

“Had a nice stay here. Front desk was wonderful and inviting when we checked in. Housekeeping honored the privacy sign and didn't knock one time. The room was clean and the beds were nice and comfy. I had a nice time. ”

“When we booked on the Agonda website it stated that check in 2pm and check out 12pm however when we arrived at 1pm the staff said that the policy is 3pm check in and check out 11am. They did honor 2pm checking in time but we had to come at 2pm for the check in. We were traveling from VA to get to the hotel a least if they would allow for the check in when we arrived we would have appreciated. We do want to mention thought that because we accidentally booked smoking room they did change to non-smoking room for us without pay extra fee.”

“Love the location Love the hotel and amenities And we love Niki (front desk)and whole team the most. Our car broke down amd we had our car towed to the closest service center. So Niki permitted us to have a late check out and when we had to stay an additional nite, she quickly assisted us and gave us the best rate. We have already booked another day next week cos we need to come back to pick up the car. Niki and staff have made the great difference in our stay. When we faced such unfortunate situation, they showed such concern and extended extra -mile kindness to us. I think this is my 1st time experiencing a 6⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service in any hotel in my years of traveling experience. I highly recommend this hotel . Thank you Niki and team. ”
