“Love the location Love the hotel and amenities And we love Niki (front desk)and whole team the most. Our car broke down amd we had our car towed to the closest service center. So Niki permitted us to have a late check out and when we had to stay an additional nite, she quickly assisted us and gave us the best rate. We have already booked another day next week cos we need to come back to pick up the car. Niki and staff have made the great difference in our stay. When we faced such unfortunate situation, they showed such concern and extended extra -mile kindness to us.
