“Hello, Very nice accommodations and friendly staff. Suggestions: (1)Pillows were very (too) thick; so, for us back sleepers they caused sore necks on awakening. I suggest assorted thicknesses for back/side sleepers with different body types. (2) The air conditioner was EXTREMELY noisy. I suspect a defective switch; because In spite of attempting to turn it down to "slow", it was stuck on "fast". Room 6. Steve”
