“Amenities were better than expected. Well furnished kitchenette. Super friendly and helpful staff. ”

“So when we arrived the front desk manager informed us of a new policy to pay for parking. He was kind of rude about it and you don't get a second chance for a first impression. It's near a few restaurants and some shopping and the rest of the staff was great. If you can't afford the restaurants it is conveniently located near 2 grocery stores. Also it happened to be during some basketball tournament, so there were teenagers running in the hall until very late. Lastly the phone didn't work to call the front desk and there weren't enough towels. Although the poo; was very small it was a pool. For the number of guests and the price of the hotel I expected a larger pool. However they did accommodate us travelling with a toddler with a play pen and the complimentary breakfast exceeded all expectations. I would recommend this hotel and possibly return, I would ask the front desk supervisor be replaced because his supporting staff had me question how he was in charge.”

“We could literally hear our neighbor’s conversations until 11:30 at night then 6:30 in the morning. I have not slept in a harder bed ever in a hotel. Im not sure it was actually a mattress! ”

“Had a good stay. Staff was friendly and smiled other than someone griping that they need to find a new job (but who doesn’t have those days?) It was clean and the room had plenty of space. Shower has shampoo and conditioner bottles mounted to the wall which was nice. They have lots of snacks available to purchase. Second time I’ve stayed. And if you want a fun bar fairly near, check out Bottoms Up! Golden Nest restaurant is close for super delicious breakfast and mimosa flights! I do not love that the entrance feels like a blind corner coming around the building if there’s a car parked there so be careful, people go too fast. Street light is laying on a tree at the entrance from the street. Bottom is all rusted out like it’s been that way for awhile. ”

“For the most part morning cleaning staff was helpful except 1 guy that was there after hours that was still doing nothing but walking around drinking coffee conversation with guests. Pull out bed was filty and couldn't get a replacement mattress and no other room available other than a double room that didn't lock. Overall our stay was acceptable. The kids stayed in the pool most of the stay ”

“Place is a little tired. Also, the person who checked my in forget to provide breakfast vouchers. She didn't know much about restaurants in the area. (The hotel restaurant and bar were closed that afternoon.) She did find me a map listing restaurants nearby. Not a terrible place at all...I just expected more from Holiday Inn.”
