“Location was excellent”

“The breakfast was decent, as is typical in most American hotels. The room size was good, and the room was cleaned every day. My only negative comment about the room is that the shower head had very low water pressure, which made it difficult to take a proper shower. The water flow should have been stronger. I stayed here because it is close to the mall, but since Dolphin Mall is better, I still had to take an Uber — it is not extremely close and about an 18-minute walk away. Finally, the $50 deposit I paid at check-in has still not been refunded. It should be returned promptly without unnecessary delay.”

“I had stopped by the Nuvo hotel and the concierge was extremely rude starting that since it was 1 am she hadn’t switched her system to the next day came back at 3-4 am as per her instructions to see if a room was available she had sold the last room after having told her we are nurses that drove 13 hours from Georgia. Next up was the double tree was much more classy , same process as last booking didn’t honor early check. (5-6) am. Stating that all rooms were booked I could understand that. So I asked if 12 noon (check out time) was ok he said no, due to no maids being present. So at 3 pm we came back mind you that’s a total of 9 hours in a car no including a 13 hour drive. (22 hits in a vehicle) ”

“Classic style welcoming and well set up hotel with heated pool, jacuzzi and free parking. The lifts were old and slow but it wasn't a major issue. My room was large, well-kitted out and the bed was large and comfortable. Really enjoyed my stay. It was on the more expensive side but I had no issues and a good night's sleep.”
