“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Best Western in Mentor. The room was very clean and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was a full hot breakfast and was delicious. We also could take our dogs along for an additional fee. The hotel is conveniently located close to stores, restaurants and Headlands Beach. We would definitely stay there again. ”

“Specifically picked this hotel for the pool so our child could swim. There is no pool. Room was not as advertised either and the air conditioner was a joke. False advertising all around and just a terrible experience. If I ever have to come to this area again, I will stay somewhere else. ”
