“Great location…The staff went above and beyond to insure you had a nice stay. The food at their outdoor pool restaurant was excellent. We can’t wait to return!”

“The staff were very friendly, it was clean. The roosters were a little annoying at times. Haha. We did get a manatee right by our deck! There were many things to do in the area…Sombrero Beach, Pigeon Key Trolley, bike riding, kayaking, and more! We did bring beach towels which I was glad we did. Bath towels, washcloths, etc. were provided in the boat. Not too much rocking of the boat and we had a couple of very windy days. Absolutely no sea sickness. It was pretty stable.”

“We originally booked a double queen room(hotel room) and upon checkin noticed the room had a smell and the grout in the bathroom floor and shower was dirty (mold). We complained to the front desk and we were immediately moved and upgraded to a 2/2 villa. It was the difference between night and day. The entire villa was clean and fresh. The grounds were beautiful and lots of activities for families on the premises. Front desk staff was amazing. We had to leave a day early due to hurricane moving in but we will definitely be back to enjoy this resort again. Go ahead and book the villa and pass on the smaller room! You won’t regret it. ”

“Room was clean but resort is dated & pool area needs up grading. I came away covered in bruises on my knees due to constantly hitting my knees off the wooden corners of the bed. Also the window blinds wouldn’t close so anyone in the the room above could see into our room while we slept in the bed which wasn’t great great when it got light in the morning ”

“Lovely hotel, beautiful views of the sea, sunset and landscape. You feel relaxed the minute you set foot. Quite expensive though, food was very pricy and there’s an expensive parking and resort fee per day.”

“The hotel is in a great place, close to restaurants and in the middle of the way to Key West. Although the water stream in the shower wasn’t so good, pretty week actually, we enjoyed our stay very much! The room was clean, wide and comfortable.”
