“The Room is spacious and very clean and with big TV and with microwave and Refrigerator.”

“We stayed for 2 nights as we attended a wedding nearby. We booked a Deluxe King but because of a misunderstanding regarding a balconied room, we were upgraded to a Deluxe Corner King room. The room was spacious and clean but outdated and could use refurbishing as all the furniture was mismatched, the bathroom was also out dated and could a free standing shower instead of a combination shower/tub. The grounds and pool are pretty and the fitness center has everything you need including a separate weight and spin class room (there is a $32/ day resort fee). Valet and self park ($15.90/day) are available and there is a fee for both per day. The only dining we experienced was breakfast (2 mornings), buffet style at the Riverside Hearth and it was reasonably priced $25/person. The selections were good with multiple stations and a made to order omelet station. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would stay again if in the area. Would recommend the hotel refresh, renovate and update the rooms/bathrooms and eliminate the self parking daily fee for hotel guests.”

“The rooms are clean and it has complementary breakfast from 6 to 9 that includes eggs, breakfast meat, potatoes as well as the usual waffle maker, cereal, store bought pastries, and occasionally yogurt. The swimming pool is pretty small and there is an umbrella for shade around it. The fitness centre has a treadmill that you have to check out from the front desk and an elliptical but the exercise bike is broken and they are aware. It is pretty walkable and there are several restaurants nearby. ”

“No empathy for the situation at hand. And I know policy, but things were beyond my control. I did everything to get to the flight and when that didn't happen. At the last minute they wouldn't let me on. I called immediaty and it was bam just like that. Nothing for me and no money to do it over. My son thinks I'm a joke because his dad feeds him negative so he won't want me.. thisbis devastating and I don't know when Ill.be able get enough money to see him. My hesrt is broken and I'm so alone. This is the worst feeling anyone could ever feel. And then to be helpless to adjust that's not even an option either.. I'm so sad and ready to give up. ”
