“The front desk employee was amazing she went above and beyond. Everything was basically perfect except for one big problem there were or there was a roach crawling around on the door to the room. I took pictures. So I would say get an exterminator ASAP! I understand a certain degree with different people coming in and out that there's going to be the possibility of bugs but I've been to many hotels and I've never seen a roach in my room ever or any kind of bug. ”
