“This is one of the best hotels I have been at and I’m picky. I like 1 other called the Cheshire in St. Louis. I could always rely on good customers service all around, room and staff were great. Food was delicious. Didn’t have to worry about or ask for anything because this hotel had it all together ”

“The staff- no matter morning or night shift, they were one of the most friendly and helpful I’ve seen in hospitality. Room- The room is spadeful and clean. The working station in the room is a plus for people on business trip. Only shower in room but spacious. Facilities- Gym was small but sufficient. Indoor pool is small but good for family with little kids who just want some splash time, not for people who want to chill by the pool. Breakfast- buffet bar with bacon, scrambled egg, turkey sausage, oatmeal bar, cereal bar, DIY waffle, juices, coffee, milk, and yogurt. I stayed for over a week and still find the selection Quite good and sufficient. Housekeeping- during my entire stay, no one has come in to change the sheet, towels or even taken out the trash, until I asked them to. Something the hotel definitely can improve on. Maybe add a sign of housekeeping needed for people in need to hang on the door? Parking- didn’t use it personally but even I can tell the turn into the underground garage is tricky even for a skilled driver. Also having to pay $15 per day is an interesting concept. Overall- I enjoyed my stay, mainly because of its cleanliness, breakfast, and friendly staff, and the fact i didn’t need a pool or free parking. ”

“The hotel and area was very clean, but we had a rude staff check us in. She was very dismissive and it made me wonder if it was because we were Asian. The food was also too salty and wasn't too good. Overall, would give it another try. ”
