“After booking on this site I arrived at the hotel and was told I was going to have to pay 100 dollars to stay. This place is horrible black mold rooms dirty cops there every night hotel staff drunk and rude ”

“I was not there 12 hrs and switched rooms 3 times. The last time at 5am when there was rats waking us up. The guy switched my room but then only gave us until 6am on Saturday morning to get out that room or we were going to “be kicked out.” I had booked for the entire weekend. Talked to manager and she offered money back but never got it. We left Saturday morning and will NEVER return. I have videos of rooms, rats and all. It is not the place to stay. The guy at front desk was laughing at the mouse problem and asked me “what do you want?” I want to shower and sleep without mice running everywhere. He laughed and said “sorry I will give you with room but only for a few minutes and would have to switch you to a 4th room.” ”

“This is a really clean, and well managed hotel. I highly recommend staying here for a nights rest. It has a clean outdoor pool too! ”

“Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Skylaranna, probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in and would definitely recommend and return if I’m in the area again. The hotel and the view were beautiful and the hotel and en-suite was clean, spacious and modern, with a king bed, smart TV, mini fridge and microwave, two sinks and a waterfall style shower, it really felt luxurious. The two pools were also fantastic. The food was great, although unfortunately I only got to experience it for one day. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Only thing that I guess could be improved (but doesn’t really affect the stay, and they could be doing renovations) is the walking trails as states on a few signs there is river access hiking trails and a garden with animals. ”
