“room was clean with plenty of soap and shampoo which was replenished each day. I suffered a fall and was unable to drive home, had to wait for family to come from Santa Rosa. Staff was very patient, allowing us to use the room, we were finally able to leave at 1pm.”

“Very beautiful property with great historical story. Especially loved the carefully selected furnishings and Christmas decorations. The grounds are also beautiful.. The staff just needs a little polish. While nice they need a little hospitality training to include smiles and sincere politeness. Maybe some scripting would help. We really loved our stay and will return with friends. ”

“If all you need is a good night of sleep, I recommend this place highly. The beds were very comfortable, the room was very clean and even had a nice little patio that overlooked the pool area. But I needed a hot tub, and theirs was broken. Which they failed to mention when I asked what the pool area’s hours were. ”
