“This is a great value for your money! Clean rooms, nice staff and great location. ”

“우리가 자리를 잡은 후 5박을 묵었는데, 일어나 보니 바퀴벌레 몇 마리가 있었습니다. 게으른 우리는 살충제를 사러 월마트에 갔는데, 살충제가 바퀴벌레를 물리쳤습니다. 프런트 데스크에 가서 매니저가 오면 할인을 받으러 다시 오라고 했는데, 그게 바퀴벌레에 대한 답이었습니다.”

“Room was clean, everything in room worked. Back door key card lock does not work. Also, back door metal threshold is loose and could be a tripping hazard.”

“While this property is priced moderately, it is adaquitely located for daily activity. BUT, it's dirty (floors, holes in walls & roaches) unsquared doors with loose security plates, and a rude crew that is always on guard with quick wit responses. Did I mention ROACHES! that are the real residents of this establishment. They charge an early check-in fee hidden within the booking agreement, oh per person. The A/C worked great but constantly leaked. I had to use the towels to soak up the water it leaked four to six times a day. They have YOU throw out the trash to the dumpster as oppose to housekeeping picking it up. The rooms are cleaned every TWO WEEKS. Linens and toiletries can be picked up at the front desk. Not necessarily left in the rooms. There is no service given. There was a vagrant sleeping on the stairs. On a positive good note, there are plenty of eating locations surrounding this Extended Stay America to include a 7-11, gas station and CVS just at its doorstep. ”

“Location easy to find and onlyv6mile from FL airport. Overnight due to late arrival flight. Easy to get to Hollywood and Swimming complex. Another hotel that could be fabulous with signs of lack of investment, but although tired its functional. Some homeless around so would be careful at night Reception closed at 23:00 which wasn't clear on booking but quick call to janitor got us in, but be aware of arriving late.”

“Could use a few minor updates but I was pleased with the room and the cleaning lady did an amazing job cleaning and restocking towels etc everyday while I was at work.”

“Holiday Inn Express is a brand that when I choose it , I know I don’t have to second guess the properties ,however most hotels now have an upgraded bathroom and shower; other than that I enjoyed my stay and recommend this property ”
