“Si no deseas playa la ubicación es excelente. El personal es muy querido y servicial, check in fácil, parqueadero y desayuino incluido. Mejoraría el servicio de piscina, no había personal ni toallas en esa zona, debí desplazarme hasta el lobby a solicitar una. el desayuno podria ser mas variado.”

“The hotel itself was good however the outdoor area/pool is only available until 6pm. It would be nice to access the outdoor space at times other than pool opening areas”

“Of course Hilton has to uphold to their brand, but from check-in staff - whom seem to be overwhelmed by marathon race that came into town booking hotels up; but it wasn't much busier in lobby than I would normally see in an urban hotel like this - and staff seemed grumpy, curt, condescending when inquiring of parking situation while instructions on the gate say to ring them, they let you in & then you arrange parking back at front desk, if coming after the fact of initial check-in where you ask for parking right away (apparently, i didn't follow correct order of adding parking while checking in, which was because I initially attempted to do street park - guy on intercom almost bit my head off after following instructions that are on the parking garage gate!). Then, breakfast staff not friendly, and seemed robotic. Morning of, asked for extra towels soon after early breakfast at 8. Didn't get towels until after I called around 915a about them, and they finally came around 945. Mind you, for the 1 night we stayed, checkout was at 11! I proactively asked for towels well before getting to that point in time.”
