“I have stayed at this DoubleTree several time and EVERY time I have had trouble with the Air Conditioner. Didn't work at all, too noisy, this time it's the thermostat. I have to manually moved the temp down to get the AC to turn-on, and manually move the temp up to turn it off. When on, the thermostat reads 76 and I can make Ice Coffee in the room. When tbhe room temp is at 75 degrees and the thermostat setting is at 72 degrees, the AC does not come on. If I move the setting 1 degree to 71 degrees, the AC comes-on but now it will not shut-off. Another in a long list of AC problems.”

“I stay here almost every year during Movement Electronic Music Festival. Mostly for the location and adequate rooms. Staff was friendly per usual. However they are usually completely overwhelmed as this is the busiest weekend of the year. Having all the ice machines blocked off, giving the staff one more thing to do and expecting the guests to call the front desk for ice when staff is already already over loaded is ridiculous. We went all weekend without ice. That combined with unusually over bloated room rates this year are going to cause me to look for accommodations elsewhere next year.”
