“We were a little skeptical of the Olentangy Motor Inn before we arrived, but were pleasantly surprised upon arrival! A fully updated motor lodge with an attached coffee shop was unexpected and very convenient. The rooms are all updated with modern conveniences. The large walk in shower was nice. Our room had a desk, large TV, microwave and refrigerator. The beds were very comfortable. The staff could be a little quicker to acknowledge people in the "lobby" but since they are required to take drive thru coffee orders, fulfill the orders, make the food and check in guests - they have a lot on their plate. Review would be scored higher with quicker and more attentive customer service. I'd suggest a dedicated person during check in times. Overall, a satisfying stay and would recommend.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The hotel located in a very good spot. Its connected to the convention center by a skywalk. The beds were comfortable. The room was nice. The reception person was very helpful and accomodating. My only comment would be the carpet could be cleaner in the rooms and hallway. ”

“I was in town for Lost Lands and the location is minutes walk from the shuttle stop. Jayson was amazing and showed me hospitality. Though I wish housekeeping is available more often, my room was cleaned twice/thrice during my whole stay despite i requested for housekeeping within the housekeeping team’s work hours. ”

“Need an Overnight stay on the East side of Columbus? i'd recommend this La Quinta, if booked thru Agoda. Hotel: Make sure you have a copy of your paperwork, it will make Check-In a little easier. I did have a "little" bumpy start, getting our room, but the memories will forever remain... Our 1 King Deluxe Room was quaint/nice. Bathroom was spacious. The walls were a little thin, though i don't think we traumatised too many ppl! Breakfast: 6:00 - 9:00 If you want a selection, get there between 6:00 - 7:30! ..it can go quick! Great Coffee, too! Location: ~20 minute drive to all the downtown attractions, or Eastside offerings. Easy to get an e-taxi, or drive it yourself. *Remember* Columbus is renowned for its nightmare'ish downtown parking rules/apps, and, they are always watching.. Best to find a close lot, or locate a garage, as opposed to dealing with fines! *Note* Sometimes it's cheaper/easier to find a place with valet parking, if you're going to drive to a specific place. Downtown, on the weekends, can get a bit busy. It can be an interesting if you've never drove.. and out-of -towners seem to think i won't hit them? e-Taxi' s, may be for you! Staff: They are most helpful and pleasant. ...not-to-mention, they all understand English! So don't be led astray. :) I had a great Overnight stay with nearly everyone at this La Quinta Inn, thanks to Agoda! ”
