“The location was great and facilities were clean. The rooms were modern and spacious. ”

“They use plastic utensils and paper products. One evening they were out of forks, I had asked for them to be filled but finished dinner using a spoon. Very disappointed with the evening personnel. ”

“Bathroom sink would not drain. There was trash under the bed that had not been cleaned up prior to my arrival. There was about six buses of kids than ran the hallways till early morning yelling and screaming and knocking on doors. Horrible nights sleep. The staff was very friendly and did what they could. With the selection of hotels in the area I’m not sure I would select this one again. ”

“Let me start by saying that the king size bed was sufficiently comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was quite satisfactory. The issues that were notified to the front desk staff about 30 minutes after check-in, and again at check-out, were that the TV screen had issues and the toilet would double-flush, which after using the toilet in the morning, and flushing "the deuce" solo without issue and having flushed again for good measure, the toilet then clogged with only three wipes of toilet paper when using (which there was no plunger in the room and we were on a schedule, so had to do what I had to do to unclog the paper and wash hands with soap and hot water like I was scrubbing in for surgery). The front desk staff at check-out apologized for the inconvenience, stated they would have maintenance take a look at the issues and get it corrected, but that was the extent of their hospitality regarding the issues. So, if staying at this property and being assigned to Room 357, make sure these issues do not still exist or request a different room would be my advice.”
