“I am generally a fan of the 21c Museum Hotel chain, and have stayed in a handful of their other properties...they all have a similar stylish and arty vibe that I enjoy. The attached restaurant was a great place for our art museum opening celebration ... I will continue to stay at this hotel chain and look forward to exploring their other properties.”

“we were put into a room with no hot water and was told the hotel was full, so we were unable to get moved into another room. The water was so cold that were unable to get into the shower. On our checkout day, we were told that they would take care of half of our stay. That hasn't happened. Now they won't answer the phone. This is bad business, and I am member. I have stayed at Hampton several times and was always happy with everything, but this was horrible to not be able to take a shower”

“Holiday inn suites downtown Cincinnati. Great location with a good price. Rooms are spot on. The hotel has a bar inside it. Great for food on-site. ”

“Profiling at its best. My cousin was approached by an employee who had no visible hotel id on - asking home for his Name and Room number. Followed him around a crowded breakfast room. Insisting he share his name and room number. So if you’re black there is a chance you will be profiled at this establishment. If so talk to the GM and get your room compensated. ”

“Nice attractive updated hotel. Good location for downtown activities. Nice room and bathroom. All was well except that the bed was hard as a rock. The Valet was great. The cost plus extra fee for having an F150 was a bit steep. ”
