“The Inn policy to refuse cancellations was agreed to but when a medical emergency ensued we were offered a credit for future stay. I appreciate that we did not lose entirely, hope to visit in pass through Chattenooga.”

“New building in a great location! In walking distance to restaurants and venues. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Staff was very nice. My only complaint is the air conditioner. It turns off shortly after you turn it on and would not cool the room. It is obviously not actually controlled with the wall thermostat! It was too warm in the room while sleeping. Very low water pressure. ”

“We felt like we had more space than most hotel/motel rooms we have stayed at, but a few unfinished details to the space, coupled with the industrial feel, made these accommodations a little less appealing to my wife and I. Our overall experience was quite positive though. Parking was not far away. We were able to walk to many different places to eat and to attend the Lookout Wild Film Festival. Chattanooga is a beautiful city with wonderful people. ”
