“며칠 동안 잠깐 쉬고 싶었는데, 이 호텔이 딱이었어요. 정말 깨끗하고 좋았고, 침대도 너무 편했어요. 아침 식사도 훌륭했고, 체크인할 때 쿠키까지 주더라고요! 위치는 제 취향은 아니었지만 어쩔 수 없죠. 도시에 있으면서 주차 요금을 내야 한다는 걸 미처 생각 못 했어요 (이제 호텔 객실에 주차비가 포함되지 않는다는 게 좀 아쉽네요). 주차 요금 정산기가 고장 나서 주차장에서 나가는 것도 꽤 힘들었고, 그 때문에 기분이 좀 안 좋았어요. 하지만 전반적으로 호텔 자체는 아주 만족스러웠습니다. ”

“My husband and I booked this hotel for our anniversary trip and we were not disappointed. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and I love the small details of the history they had around the place. The room and bathroom were very spacious and the bed was so comfortable compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at before. The staff was very knowledgeable about the history and the city of the hotel and always extremely friendly. I enjoyed that the hotel was close to so many food/shopping/attractions and close to local bars but far enough away to avoid any loud parties heading home for the night. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that would be staying in Charlotte. ”

“A little loud during weekend nights due to the popularity of the rooftop bar, but location is superb and during weeknights it's pretty quiet. Tea/coffee is only in the lobby instead of being in-room but otherwise excellent.”

“I’m a poor man and this hotel stay was a huge luxury for me. From the very beginning, I was put at ease by the friendly staff. The valet parking staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I would also like to thank David who served me Breakfast. David works two jobs to support himself and his family. My heart goes out to him because I noticed he walks with a limp. I hope it is not a result of being overworked. My go to All Star Omni Employee has to be Yasmine Douglas. Yasmine was super friendly from the start. She was very helpful and would give you her undivided attention to assist you in any way. Yasmine knew of great places to eat in and around the city and she always remained positive. Yasmine is a Quality Employee because she had something good to say about everyone. In point of fact, I thought Yasmine was the manager. Other employees looked to her for guidance and she encouraged them in a polite but fun manner. I don’t want to suggest that the current manager was incompetent but he was certainly aloof. He made no eye contact with his staff nor with the customers. Of course I was not upset because I had Yasmine to help me navigate through the great city of Charlotte North Carolina. I would hope that Yasmine will get an opportunity to become manager. She has the People Skills and she works very effectively in a busy environment. Yasmine is Grace under Pressure Personified. Please let Yasmine, and the fine staff at The Omni know that I am grateful for their help in treating a person of modest means the same way they would treat anyone else. With dignity and respect. ”
