“Excellent location and amenities within the hotel. Walking distance to many landmarks around downtown Buffalo. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.”

“I’m going to start by saying the building itself is just stunning! Gorgeous wooden doors and moldings, high ceilings and beautiful landscaping! Unfortunately, the room was very dated! Bathroom had an old shower/tub monstrosity with multiple jets that were confusing, moldy glass panels and old tile floor that needs updating! The complimentary breakfast was not what you’d expect from the pictures online! We sat and waited to get our order taken even though there weren’t many guests. The were only two choices on the menu, no toast or pastry options. Overall, we felt that this property has a lot of potential, but needed a lot more updating and more attention to details! Will not be coming back!”
