“The staff was great, super helpful and friendly. The cleaning lady set her Cleaning around our schedule and was very homely. I was worried about the boys dorms around but didn't see anything to worry about.”

“Because we are foreigners and do not speak Turkish, we very much appreciated the helpful staff who spoke English. He was very willing to help with calling and giving direction to taxi driver and giving us advice for our touring. We very much enjoyed our three-night stay.”

“Even though we had some trouble during check-in—our booking dates were incorrect in the hotel’s system, while they were correct on Agoda—the hotel staff was very helpful and worked to resolve the issue. After about an hour of waiting, we were finally checked in. The hotel sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and even provided a plate of fruits as a kind gesture. Despite this initial hiccup, I would highly recommend this hotel! The rooms were exceptionally clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast selection was excellent with a wide variety of choices. Overall, a great stay!”

“Stayed with family during Eid holiday. The hotel is soooo GREAT from all the hotels I stayed in Turkey. The building is very unique, clean, complete facilities, fragrant, comfortable, large rooms. The location is perfect, right in front of the gate of Ankara Castle. Around it there are many restaurants and shops selling souvenirs. As a guest, you get free access to the Rahmi M.Koc Museum. The staff is amazing, they are very friendly and professional, especially thanks to Mr. Rauf Barut for the extraordinary service during our family's stay. ”

“We were greeted by the loviest staff, this attitude continued during our entire stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. Comfy mattress although the top sheet was rather small. We arrived rather late and wanted to make use of the food delivery that was offered by the hotel. We couldn’t get it to work, likely because we don’t have a Turkish credit card. Staff tried ever so kindly to help but it just wasn’t working out. Thankfully there was a great number of coffee shops and restaurants at our doorstep. Buffet breakfast was included, plenty of choice. ”
