“Stayed with family during Eid holiday. The hotel is soooo GREAT from all the hotels I stayed in Turkey. The building is very unique, clean, complete facilities, fragrant, comfortable, large rooms. The location is perfect, right in front of the gate of Ankara Castle. Around it there are many restaurants and shops selling souvenirs. As a guest, you get free access to the Rahmi M.Koc Museum. The staff is amazing, they are very friendly and professional, especially thanks to Mr. Rauf Barut for the extraordinary service during our family's stay. ”

“I wish I could give it a minus 1 start ,place is well located but quite dirty and filthy, the bathrooms are always wet ,the toilete bowls are never scrubbed so you can imagine ,never expect to find toilete paper ,doorknobs are dirty and black ,bedrooms are rarely swept and moped as other hostels ,the most notorious thing is that they don’t change the sheets unless you complain and request it, otherwise is not in their cleaning protocol ,upon arrival they just told me to go to the room a pick up a bed ,none of the beds were ready ,they were all messed up and disarranged by the last occupant ,I went up and complained ,after a heated argument they told me that the system showed that it was cleaned already ,we went to the room and obviously the facts showed and spoke by themselves so the manager had to change it himself when I showed them the smelly sheets, blankets and pillow with yellow stains ,that fact couldn’t be denied upon revision , I stayed there for a few days and the same scenario repeated with other prospect travelers, who also had common sense to realize about the filthiness involved in those rooms and demand for their sheets to be swapped for clean ones, after that you could feel the attitude and hostility with the day and night shift managers.for the rest of the remaining days.
