Room, toilet and shower are pretty modern and bed is comfortable. The surroundings are quiet. Willing to come back to the accommodation.”

“While our room was smaller than I was expecting the staff were friendly and helpful. The Abies is a 5 -10 min walk from the centre of Canakkale and the area around the hotel is a little neglected. This is not a reflection of the cleanliness of the hotel. We retired at about 10.30pm and the neighbours were still quite noisy. However, after busy day we still fell asleep quickly.”

“Good pension I recommend it for short stays not more than 3 days maximum (for a girl) because the other guests smoke on the balcony and in the room I was assigned 4th floor, the smoking smell came from rooms downstairs from the bathroom a strong smell of cigarette in the bathroom. And during the day you could smell it in your room as well even though it says do not smoke in the room. The reception staff is friendly speak a little English and they can help you with food recommendations. Also the good thing is that there is a bus Ç9 from bus terminal that stops near the pension and then you walk 5-7mins to get there. The pension doesn’t have elevator so if you are bringing a big suitcase it can be a bit difficult. I brought a 23kg suitcase the receptionist helped me 👍. Overall, it was a good stay, bed was comfortable and shower all good.”
