“I stayed at hotel Joli for 4 nights. It is perfectly situated right at the bus stop from Rimini. Within a 5 minutes walk you are in the old city of San Marino. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. I really appreciated them giving me the "San Marino card" which gave me access to all of the main sites and museums for just 8 euros. The bed was very comfortable and the room/hotel were always very quiet. I also appreciated them allowing me to stay in the same room when I extended my reservation. Finally, all of the staff were great, but I would especially like to thank Valeria at the front desk. She was very kind and helpful with all of my questions about San Marino. She does an amazing job! San Marino is an incredibly beautiful, underrated country with very welcoming people. I would love to come back and will definitely stay at Hotel Joli! Thanks again, William”

“산 마리노 성벽 안에 들어가서 조금만 올라가면 호텔이 바로 나와서 위치가 정말 좋았습니다. 산 마리노는 이탈리아가 아니라 유럽 로밍 데이터 사용이 안 됐는데 관광 안내소 바로 맞은편 건물이라 쉽게 찾을 수 있었어요. 호텔은 언덕에 걸쳐 있어 더 작아보이고 아담했지만 내부가 고급스럽게 꾸며져 있고 매우 깔끔했어요. 그리고 방 안에서 바라본 풍경이 아름다워 만족스러웠어요. 저녁에 잠깐 창문을 열었다가 보인 고즈넉한 골목 풍경 때문에 밤 산책도 했습니다.”

Posso capire che si verifichi un taglio inaspettato e rimanere offline per qualche ora, sono cose che possono accadere, ma 48 ore offline senza internet è qualcosa che non dovrebbe succedere al lussuoso Grand Hotel San Marino. Il trattamento degli ospiti è stato corretto 👍🏾 Spero che questa critica costruttiva serva a migliorare il servizio per il futuro. I amb sorry in the review I must penalize the lack of internet, I think one of the best hotels in San Marino cannot afford to be without wifi for two days, it has been a serious setback for me since I have had to cancel meetings, online classes and hours of work. I can understand that an unexpected outage occurs and being without network connection for a few hours, these are things that can happen, but 48 hours without network connection is something that should not happen to the luxurious Grand Hotel San Marino. The treatment of guests has been correct 👍🏾 I hope this constructive criticism helps to improve the service for the future. Me sabe mal pero en la valoración debo penalizar la falta de internet, creo que uno de los mejores hoteles de San Marino no se puede permitir estar dos dias sin wifi, me ha supuesto un serio contratiempo puesto que he tenido que anular reuniones, clases online y horas de trabajo. Puedo comprender que se produzca un corte inesperado y estar sin conexión unas horas, son cosas que pueden ocurrir, pero 48h sin conexión es algo que no le debería ocurrir al lujoso Grand Hotel San Marino. El trato a los huéspedes ha sido correcto 👍🏾 Espero que está crítica constructiva sirva para mejorar el servicio de cara al futuro. ”

“I can’t think of a better place to stay in San Marino! It is perfectly placed at the top of Città. Just be ready to walk down hill, as that is the nature of being located at the top of a mountain :) The staff are so sweet and helpful. We enjoyed our breakfast and our room(s) (we decided to stay an extra night and needed to be transferred to another available room) Love this hotel!”

“I liked very much. It was clean and cozy. The staff were very kind and helpful. The location is 1/100 … the view from my window was stunning. Just please change the schedule of the buses from San Marino to Rimini. There are no buses at 7:15 or earlier anymore. I waited at the bus stope one hour. ”
