“I was worried about bringing my key into the pool area for safety reasons, so I left it in my locker in the changing room, but I needed the key to open the gate to the pool and to enter the changing room. I was staying for three nights, so the staff remembered my face and happily opened the door for me. On the other hand, there was a staff member who remembered my face but told not only me but also my child to take the key, which lowered my opinion of the hotel. I would like you to be more flexible.”

“It is recommend if you elect to stay at Katara area. The hotel is nice and clean. The draw back is the management of the hotel on how to correspond with customers specially in high season, where limited rooms available.”
