“Really enjoyed the 22-day stay at this Verdon Parc condo. The unit itself was perfect, made only better that it is within the Verdon Parc condo complex, which has the feel of a five-star luxury hotel). Details: - The unit's property manager lives at Verdon Parc, so he was very responsive to our needs. He was literally a phone call away, like calling the front desk of a hotel. - All of the complex's amenities were available: gym, pools, etc. Note: The lap pool was fantastic. - Security: The entire complex is walled. Entry is only through the main gate that's manned by LOTS of security. There's a "platoon" of guards on duty 24/7. If your safety and security is a concern, the only place better for you to stay is on a military base. - Location: SM City mall is within walking distance or a five minute taxi ride. That mall has EVERYTHING you could possibly want or need during your stay. Dining, shopping, hanging out, it is all within that mall. - Value: Before this condo we stayed at the Blue Lotus Hotel which is a few blocks distant from this condo. A decent hotel, but for a lesser room there we paid twice the price per night. So seems to me to be a no-brainer, book this condo rather than staying at a hotel. You will get far more for your money staying at Verdon Parc. Book this condo guys, you won't regret it. ”
