“Really quiet considering its on a busy road. Good location as close to everything. Bathroom not the cleanest, limescale around taps, mould in tile grout (but im fussy). Booked through Agoda and would be easier including bond price in booking cost but apparently most hotel/motels do it that way so cant complain about much else. Would stay again”

“Everything was good specially the staff which were very friendly and available all the time. The buffet breakfast is worth trying too. Complimentary mountain bike and pool facility was icing on the cake. It would be nicer to have microwave and fresh tap water facility in the room. However, they do have filtered water in lobby and other areas so keep your water bottle handy. Location is central and near to city centre and beach. Highly recommend and will stay again. Thanks! ”

“Friendly front of house. Nice decent sized rooms and quiet location. Bed a little soft but not a biggie. Carpet was not vacuumed in the 3 days I stayed. It was looking pretty dirty even by the 2nd day. Not sure it was clean when I arrived, I don't think I made all that mess. Nice complimentary biscuits but they weren't restocked on the 2nd day, they were on the 3rd. Came back to the room late evening on 3rd day to find all windows wide open and room cold. Not good for security or energy. Had to turn heat pump on for several hours to warm it up when the sun would've done it for free if the windows hadn't been opened. ”

“I think they are really reaching saying this is a four star hotel. It's a three star motel at best. The rooms very old and outdated. The bathrooms are grungy. I will say the bathtub was nice and deep and they provide bath salts. But the old and dirty tiles and walls made it a subpar experience. The price was way too high for what it was. I always felt itchy after being in the bed. This place needs a serious upgrade or to accept what they are and knock a couple stars off and lower the price. ”
