“이 아파트는 최근에 리모델링되어 아주 깔끔하게 잘 되어 있었습니다. 주방에는 조리 도구와 냄비 등이 잘 갖춰져 있어서 아이들과 함께 여행하는 가족에게 안성맞춤이었습니다. 다만 아쉬운 점은 정원 전망 아파트를 예약했는데, 창문이 좁고 길쭉해서 현관과 거리만 보인다는 것이었습니다. 다행히 흰색 페인트 덕분에 방은 밝고 환했지만, 초록빛 풍경을 기대했던 저희에게는 조금 실망스러웠습니다. 또 하나 알아두셔야 할 점은 침실에 난방이나 에어컨이 없다는 것입니다. 방이 따뜻해지는 데는 그리 오래 걸리지 않았지만, 아기와 함께 여행하는 첫날 밤에는 조금 추웠습니다. 화장지가 넉넉하게 비치되어 있어서 좋았습니다. 커피가 충분히 준비되어 있었다면 더 좋았을 것 같습니다. 전반적으로 괜찮은 숙소였지만, 가격을 생각하면 정원 전망이 있었으면 더 좋았을 것 같습니다. ”

“에스플러네이드 호텔은 저희가 가장 좋아하는 호텔 중 하나입니다. 객실은 넓고 오클랜드 전망이 정말 마음에 듭니다. 페리를 타고 시내 중심가로 이동하기에도 좋습니다. 직원들은 항상 친절하고 전문적입니다. ”

“My mother and I stayed at the Aarangi Hotel in March 2024 and cannot speak more highly of the service we received . We arrived early and were greeted by the manager, Veronica. We understood that the room may not ready but asked if we could store our bags while we dropped a hire car off a few suburbs away. Veronica not only allowed us to store our bags but also arranged for the cleaner to prioritise our room so we could have access earlier. The check in process was easy and Veronica personally showed us to our room. The room itself was spotlessly clean, the beds and seating were comfortable, the kitchenette was perfect for our needs, the area generally was very quiet. We used the laundry for a small fee to wash and dry our clothes and Veronica was very helpful in assisting us. The location is very convenient. It’s a short two minute walk to the beach and the local cafe which makes great coffee. Beach towels are available from reception on request. There is a regular bus service that runs along the coastline and takes you into the city. There are also a variety of local shops if you walk 15 mins or bus 2 mins in either direction along the coastal road. The check out process went just as smoothly as checkin. Veronica allowed us to store our bags for a couple of hours after checkout while we ventured to the shops to burn a couple of hours before our ride to the airport. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay when visiting Auckland. It’s convenient, homely, clean, comfortable, quiet and the staff are accomodating to your needs.
