“I was unable to contact anyone from the hotel to check in could not get into the property no one answered my messages and it was the grossest smelling place I have ever been in. I was unable to check in and even if I had I would not have stayed here due to the cleanliness and the horrific smell. The smell washed over you as soon as the door was opened into what appeared to be a living room filled with bunk beds it smelled like an unclean women’s bathroom coupled w the overwhelming smell of mushrooms. ”

It’s simple and humble accommodations, as a former world traveller and hostel stayer who’s outgrown the dorm vibe but not yet reached the ‘all inclusive’ lifestyle, this ticked my boxes. I extended my stay and will be back should I be so lucky to return to Sayulita”

“It was nice the staff I dealt with weren’t very helpful did not give me any information about the facilities just gave me a key showed me the room and that was it. It’s also at the top of a very steep hill on both sides which isn’t terrible just something to note for ppl who may have any physical issues ”

“This hotel is in a quiet neighborhood of the town. Walking 10min to town centre and 15min to the beach. Although the sound of customers having breakfast woke me up everyday, it's rather like a mild morning call than noise. The breakfast was really amazing, even for the free menu! Coconut oatmeal is my favourite! All staffs were kind and patient.”

“This hotel is small and beautifully clean. The rooms are large with balconies and there is a rooftop pool with covered lounging area. The hotel is a few minutes walk to the ocean and a few minutes walk to many restaurants yet you're out of the noise of the center party area. This was the perfect combination for us to relax in the pool, go to the beach, hike the countryside with a great quiet sleep at night. Rooms were spotlessly clean and small items like providing free coffee every morning that we could take up to the rooftop lounge area and enjoy before heading off anywhere for the day. I would definitely stay again. ”
