“The place is a very traditional Japanese ryokan, very friendly staff but not everyone speaks English so you have to be patient and talk slowly. It’s located 200 meters from the Snow Monkey Park entrance. You can choose Japanese or western style dinner and breakfast. The lady that helped us with the meals was super kind and attentive. The tatami beds were very comphy and the private onsen is a must try. ”

빌라 알펜 시가코겐
Villa Alpen
야마노우치(시가 고원)에 위치한 빌라 알펜에 머무실 경우 차로 1분이면 시가 고원 스키장에, 8분이면 시부에 가실 수 있습니다. 이 스키 로지에서 유다나카 온천까지는 11.9km 떨어져 있으며, 12.5km 거리에는 지고쿠다니 원숭이 공원도 있습니다.
“We had a very good time. The staff was top notch, dinner was a fun, japanese surprise everyday, the rental gear was of good quality and the onsen is always a good note to end the day on. Overall the hotel was great and we would highly recommend it. On a side note, due to the lack of snow this year, we did have to take a shuttle bus out of sun valley daily, which was the only inconvenience.”
