“Modernized clean rooms. Restaurant a la carte dinner was ok but nothing exceptional. Breakfast buffet reasonable (eggs not hot though). Lacking an onsen/communal bath and going out to one would mean heading out onto the slopes, as hotel is up the hill on the snow. Ski in ski pit convenience is great. Note that Ryuo is a resort catering itself to young snowboarders, not ideal for skiers. ”
