“The check in process is terribly disappointed. Owner did not send any procedure in advance, I been waiting with my young kids in front of the house since 3pm under cold windy weather. I’ve constantly contacted the owner by sending message via Agoda and there was no response. After an hour of waiting, I decided to make a direct call. At last, I managed to check in the house with the instruction given during that call. The call was totally unnecessary if the check in procedure is communicated in advance. Other than this, the house is overall good, spacious, clean and cozy. However, the bed is very very soft and may not suitable for one weight more than 65kg. ”
