“We had a great 3 night stay here, and even hopped over to Kikaijima (20 minute plane ride) for a day trip. Lunches and dinners aren’t included so it’s probably good to plan all your meals in advance. We learned the hard way, as we found it nearly impossible to find a place to eat dinner if it wasn’t reserved in advance. Lunch options are more plentiful, as many places cater to locals as well, and so have regular schedules. The rooms and on-site restaurant (2waters) are facing west, giving you a great sunset view, as well as cooler mornings. While the beach out front isn’t a private beach, it’s essentially private in that it isn’t “nice” enough for random people to show up for a swim. So we found there to be plenty of privacy. ”
