“Staff were not inviting - felt like we were a hassle for them. Gym is not accessible at weekends Food is ok Disappointed!”

“Radisson Blu St Helier is situated in a quiet marina setting yet only 5 mins from the bus station & Liberation Square/shops/eateries/maritime museum etc. Restaurant prices are on par with most town centre restaurants & my son said it he had the best burger ever there-twice! Staff throughout the hotel were excellent, WiFi excellent. Looking forward to our next stay there.”

“Quite location, comfortable beds, towels changed daily and lovely breakfast. Also dog friendly. Lovely staff. Large Car park at the rear. Some points for improvement though. TV in the room was not tuned in correctly and some hooks on the back of doors would be useful especially in the bathrooms and a shelf for toiletries. There was some maintenance being done to the exterior whilst we were there but it did not detract from the nice time we had. Would definitely stay again.”

“the staff made this stay for us, they are very welcoming and made us feel at home, especially Diana. the breakfast was lovely, the only thing which could do with looking at was the bathroom smelt a bit mouldy and the hot water was incredibly hot and lack of a lift made it quite a struggle up and down the stairs. but apart from that cant fault it.”
