“We loved this hotel! It is directly across from the marina and promenade which was convenient for morning strolls and access to a number of excellent seafood restaurants. Around the corner, we found several cute restaurants and bars. The hotel is also a short walk from other monuments and Toledo street, a major main shopping district in Naples. We walked from the hotel to catch our ferry to Sorrento - only a 15-20 seaside walk. You cannot beat the location! The room was comfortable and clean, but we did find that the walls were like paper - you could hear every word spoken by guests in the next door rooms. This was the only thing we did not enjoy about the hotel. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was superb - consisting of a full assortment of pastries, cakes, breads in addition to all the standard breakfast items. We highly recommend Grand Hotel Santa Lucia for your stay in Naples!”

“Small tired rooms. Cold welcome from the staff. Bathroom floor had hairs from previous guests. Thin walls, could hear next door guests clearly. Very uncomfortable night with screaming and moaning all night. From the next room.”

“I travelled to Naples with a large group of friends and a lot of us chose the REX as a budget alternative to a premium sea view hotel round the corner. The REX more than met expectations, it's a family run hotel and they were incredible throughout. Breakfast was fine and the coffee was wonderful. Amazing pizza just out the front door to the right and fabulous steaks just to the left. I'd definitely use the hotel again.”

“Carpark just below hotel with agreed price as a hotel guest, paid to hotel. Room was small but sufficiently comfortable. 3 minute walk to waterfront and restaurants. Unfortunately, road noise in the late evening may be a little annoying but after midnight, noise level is fine. ”

“페리로 도착하여 12분 정도 걸어 호텔에 도착. 깨끗하고 세련된 방. 4명이 묵었는데 매우 편안했습니다. 왕궁은 도보 5분. 번화가도 근처 입지도 좋았습니다. 돌아와 페리 승강장이 공항행 앨리버스 승강장의 시작. 15분 걸었지만 여유롭게 앉을 수 있었습니다. 나폴리 중앙역에서는 버스를 기다리는 사람이 많이 있었고, 모두 타지 않고 출발했기 때문에, 이 호텔로 해도 좋았습니다.”
