“I had an early morning flight and needed to stay near the airport. The location was okay but the taxi driver made up a story to try to charge me more because the hotel ordered a taxi for me. I changed rooms 3 times a because the first two rooms were super loud children screaming at 10pm, not conducive to my need for sleep. The hotel restaurant was not open which was inconvenient and there was only one open option a few blocks away. Michele at the front desk was a lifesaver and so amenable and the final bed was comfortable. There is no air conditioning in the rooms in the event you are traveling during any time that will be warm in Italy. If you need a place to stay, it can work. If you want a great experience…not so much”

“We got the top floor, which unluckily meant no elevator, so we had fun lugging all your baggages around by yourself while the staff merely watched with uninterested eyes. The room felt unused for a long time as well.”
