“The room is great, just getting access to it was difficult – I arrived in Bergamo with a low battery on my phone and didn't realise what I had to do to get access to the room – Agoda didn't provide details so I had to find the hotel and then pay international rates on my phone to call the number on the front of my hotel repeatedly, before I finally got through. But then my phone died! So I hd to go and charge it somewhere in order to send my passport to the hotel so they would give me the access codes. This was stressful and annoying, and felt like I wasn't going to get access to the hotel. But after 30 minutes or so it was resolved and I got inside and the room was a great room. The hallways were a little noisy with people getting up early to go to the airport though, but this was fine. I'd stay here again...maybe...if the price was right.”
