“- Booking through Agoda was seamless in a pleasantly surprising manner. Confirmation mail came around 30-45 mins after the confirmation message on the website though - Hotel reception was available on call at 09:30 PM at night to confirm the booking and also accommodated our early check-in request for next day - Room was clean, comfortable and well-lit and decently spacious with all mentioned facilities available, like locker, kettle, etc. - Decent restaurant on the found floor and a good lobby too for meeting ppl / guests - Due to power cuts or something else, lifts were a bit erratic on the day of our stay. But i that was a one off”

“Pls don't get fooled by the pics. We stayed for 1 night, pillows were blood stained and had to call the multiple times before someone had come to change it. Toilet was not cleaned properly and had no soaps. The toilet roof was leaking and it was a terrible sight. There was dust on everything in the room and it seemed they never cleaned anything else apart from bed sheets. Will never recommend this place.”
