“We had booked this place in end of September to escape the city for a few days. My wife and I just needed a place to relax and this place provided just that. Not only were the rooms and facilities top notch, the pool and surrounding area were well kept and the owners were kind and helpful as nothing we have come across. The food is carefully curated set menu of mini meals which not only satisfy your hunger but also keep you wondering what the next meal will be like. During our 2 nights stay, no meal was the same and we didn't even need to stress on what to eat!! It was truly a carefree vacation! The inifinity pool is beautiful and gives a lovely air to the property! A must visit and a place we will be going back to for sure!!”

“Hotel is located at lovely location... Peace and beauty are the best part of this hotels location. They have not maintained it well so u will find unclean rooms and toilets and swimming pool water stinks.... Bed sheets are old stinky Not like a 3 star as they don't give complimentary water bottles ,shampoo, kettle tea/ coffee inside room as it comes with all 3 star or above hotels. Also there is no intercom and refrigerator inside rooms. They charge u double for water bottle which u have to buy as hotel doesnt provide mug and glasses inside room.. The hotel ambience is not upto the mark when we look at price. According to me they should not charge more than 1500 Rs in comparison to what they give... So it is over priced. Food at their hotel is very tasty.. We had biryani, soup, masala papad... Although the dry noodle with soup was stale and smelling but biryani and soup were cooked nicely.. They r under staff so no one to cater at hotel . Not so good for stay as services are not upto mark.. All old people are managing so i feel that they think what they are giving is the best... This place has full potential to become a great tourism spot and hub.. Please maintain the it properly and spend some money for cleanliness .. I have conveyed same to their staff as well... Thanks ”

“ I am writing to share my experience regarding our recent stay at U-TAN (Light house)resort, which was overall pleasant but had one significant issue that I was hoping they would address. When I made the booking in March, the room availability was shown for 2 adults only. Since we are a family with 3 children, I called the property directly to confirm how the accommodation would work. I was informed that extra bedding would be provided for the children, and there was no mention of any additional charges. However, upon arrival, I was surprised to learn that there would be extra charges for 2 of my children. This was not communicated at the time of my booking or during my call with your staff, and it felt misleading and unfair to be informed of this only at check-in. I believe transparency in communication is crucial, especially for families planning vacations. I request that you review this matter and ensure that all policies regarding extra guests or children are clearly communicated to avoid such surprises for future guests. ”
