“Excellent rooms,cleanliness, good staff”

“First time I stayed there it was perfect. The second time I didn't have the same experience. Pros: The service (restaurant and house keeping) was top notch. Food was very good. Location was good too. For the first time I saw an only veg restaurant in India serving sushi. Mighty impressed. 😀 Cons during my second visit: The phone in the room was not working. The bathroom shower door was making noise and was stuck with some tapes. Was always stressed if it would fall/break. There were tiny cockroaches in the evening in the bathroom. Reception staff was a bit rigid. I booked the room on Agoda for 4300 INR and when I asked for 4-6 hours late check out they quoted 4500 INR which they subsequently got it down to 3000 INR. Fortunately, I made some other arrangements. Despite the minor cons, I wouldn't mind staying again with them or recommending them as on the whole I was very happy with the property. ”

“The staff refused to provide toiletries, including toothpaste. Additionally, they strictly denied a guest from meeting in the room. Extremely disappointed with the worst service.”
