“Everything was good, I booked it to catch a flight the next day. The room and bathroom were clean the staff excellent and food from the restaurant tasted good the breakfast was a good indian options. The only snag was the air-conditioner won't automatically restart, after power breakdown, and maybe because of heavy rain that day the power was off a few times, they offered to change my room or even upgrade ,but we preferred to stay in the same room since I didn't want to repack, but thankfully there were no problem during the night and we had a good stay.”

“Had a reasonable stay here on 29-Dec night, except for the experience with day shift front desk executive who had no clue. The security guards are excellent playing multiple roles beyond their job description. Sujan and Nandini at the cafe were great in service and their attitude.”

“ビジネスで利用しました。 部屋は広く清潔です。スタッフも色々対応してくれました ただ一番酷いのはagodaの地図が間違っています。国際空港の中のように出ますが、実際は空港から7kmほど離れた、空港への専用道路の入り口の手前です 空港からはホテルに送迎を頼むかUberで移動です 地図では歩いて行けそうですが、全く場所が違います agodaから予約するならそこを気をつけて 早急に地図を直してもらうことを提案します”

“During checkin, Mr Amit Kumar helped us get two ground floor rooms for our parents even though they were initially not available. He was also inquiring about our stay regularly. The ladies went to the Spa and could not stop raving about their experience. Kids enjoyed the pool and play area; and the fish pond near the reception. Parents enjoyed roaming and just sitting around at serene locations around the property. We were pleasantly surprised by the NY party (plentiful and variety of good food/drinks + fun for the kids) - with a private table booked for us. Overall we had a great and memorable time at the resort. ”
