“Stayed 2 nights before and after a trip to the Mahakam river. The rooms are nice and big and the breakfast spread is great. Location is practical. The Sky Bar was not fully stocked (e.g. no vodka to be had) on either of our stays..”

“I don't think it's quite meet the standard of a 4 star hotel. We booked for a queen bed, but it was 2 matresses joined together, sheets are not perfectly intact, so we had to adjust and tidy it ourselves few times. There are stain on the blanket, some spots on the carpet and the sofa. There wasn't any hand towel provide. There was only a pair of indoor slippers but we booked it for 2 ppl. But the staff are great, the public area is nice, and the facilities are good. So I will give 3 out of 5, and hope that the hotel can pay more attention for the things I mentioned before.”

“first i found groups of ants around the carpets, the the other day there are bugs, the balcony door was locked but didn't shuts properly so the bugs I believe came from there. The water keetle also did'nt work”

“Semua ok. Cuman breakfastnya aja kurang ramai ya. Tapi sesuai dengan harga menurut gua itu sudah ok”

“Overall the stay was comfortable and the location is good even though the hotel is old and dated. One problem is the noise levels. I was staying on the 9th floor and early saturday morning I could here very very loud music from some other event in the complex which was quite disturbing. Otherwise a good stay. ”
