“Amazing experience and even more so at it’s price point. I find it extremely comparable to some priced 3 to 4 times it’s price. Also a great place to go with the entire family including children. Breakfast is wonderful also including gluten free and other options. Very close to lake front and lots of restaurants/shops. I cannot say enough good things. I have reviewed quite a few spas and the spa area at this location is incredible. ”

“We stayed with my boyfriend for two days in March. The hotel itself is renovated and located right in the center of Balatonfüred! The room design is nice, everything is new, however the towels were not enough for two of us, there was no towel for the floor after shower, and towels are small and not comfy. We were also surprised that in a 4* hotel when we asked for a slippers and dental kit to the room they announced that it’s not included and they charge for it 😅 ~2000/huf for a pair of slippers, well that’s something new but anyway we wanted to be comfortable and ordered them. Unfortunately, we find the bed and bedding uncomfortable as well, the bed is hard, pillows are small and not soft at all :( However, the breakfast was great, standard but good quality! And the f&b staff is nice 😊 We also enjoyed the wellness, outside sauna is well-designed, spacious, provided with a zone for resting with chairs and water. Unfortunately, we didn’t know that jacuzzi is closing 2,5 hours before wellness closing time and we didn’t get a chance to enjoy it. I would note as well that the wellness staff were nice and welcoming, however the condition of the inside pools could be better. There were many rusty spots in the pool and overall it felt like it should have been cleaner. I wouldn’t say that you should avoid this place but if you account for a 4* service I’d recommend to choose something else 😄 ”
