“We had a lovely stay at Apollo Hotel. It's a full renovated hotel with nice clean rooms, excellent view, good breakfast, nice pool and a private beach. We didn't like the location cause it s a bit far from the center. ”

“The hotel's location is fantastic, and the owners and hosts were wonderful. However, the property is in desperate need of attention and renovation. It looks like it hasn’t changed since it first opened. The furniture in my room was very worn, and despite the cleaner's efforts, the age and condition of them made the room feel dirty. There was a dead bug on the wall, and the corners of the rooms were filthy. The bed was very hard, the sheets didn’t fit, the headboard had stains, and there was a vase of extremely dusty sticks in the corner. The bathroom was small, which is fine if designed correctly, but this one was not. I’m a relatively small person, but it was impossible to be in the shower area without touching the shower curtain, and if left open, the whole bathroom was soaked. The toilet seat was broken, the soap dispenser and shower head were dirty, there was a strange plastic thing on the wall which served no purpose but was filled with dirty. Overall the condition of the bathroom was very poor. It’s a real shame because the location is perfect and the owners are lovely. With some investment in updating the rooms, this hotel has the potential to be truly great, which I’m sure it was when it first opened.”
