“We , being first time visitors to Norwich to meet our Grandson at the University were new to the area. Our Room 1, was very well maintained and comfortable, Beds very comfortable, had to set the alarm clock on as didn't really want to get up ! great signals regarding wifi , and television all you could ask for, , very good fridge btw, Shower great , all facilities great, Had the opportunity to meet a gentleman who oversees all things related to the house who was very accommodating , and asked would we need any more water or towels, and if all was ok, you cannot ask for better than that in our opinion, All visitors respected the considerate keeping noise down protocol, ( that does make a difference) Intend on coming back . “Lovely place to stay with friendly hosts. Very clean, delicious breakfast and very comfortable bed. Only thing missing that would make the room a 10/10 is a small bar fridge for guests to keep their food and drinks in. The rooms are definitely large enough to accommodate this. Apart from that, the stay was great and I would highly recommend this B&B 👍”
