“I was originally planning to give this hotel a 5-star rating. The environment was pleasant, the room felt cozy despite the lack of soundproofing, and most of the male staff were very kind and welcoming. However, on the second morning of my stay, I had an unpleasant encounter with a female staff member. I had clearly booked three consecutive nights, but she knocked on my door very forcefully and rudely, asking me to check out. I was confused and asked, “Now? Are you sure?” She insisted with a firm “Yes.” I told her I had booked for three nights, and only then did she leave — without any apology or explanation. There was no follow-up from the hotel either. Being disturbed like that on a peaceful holiday morning, especially with no apology, was very disappointing. I hope the hotel can improve their internal communication and guest service in the future.”

“Booked a standard double. Very comfortable bed. Room well equipped for our stay. Shower lovely and hot. My only thing was the room at night was roasting and the radiator wasn't on, so had to use the air con. Plenty of selection for breakfast. Definitely be back”
