“Location is perfect. Hotel cleanliness was perfect. Restaurant at the hotel was perfect. Doris the GM at the restaurant was very welcoming. The only downside is the beds are small for a couple with young child. ”

“I’ve stayed here a number of times before and know what to expect which is why I go back. The decor is fab. It has good facilities (which I’ve never used) and is very clean. Unfortunately the double bed burned out to be twins disguised as a double. So it was only when we got into bed did we discover that. It was rather uncomfortable and virtually impossible to avoid the gap as the beds were slightly different heights. I reported to reception who said they would sort it. We were only there one night so unable to confirm if they did. Next time I stay there I will check it’s at least a double bed. ”

“Stayed here for a concert; simple pleasures (just the right amount of everything, at an agreeable budget). Would stay again for any future O2 events. Uber fare is between £12-15 to the venue., which is reasonable. ”

“Bad -no in room tea or coffee facilities on arrival, 5* hotel, really bad! A note to say if I’d like them I’d have to call down. I did, and it arrived with fresh milk (which was nice,) no nespresso. Last 6 hotels I’ve been to have had nespresso. Truffles left for me with a lovely card. No idea why they don’t leave it out for every guest on arrival, it puts your back up! - TV didn’t work, easily rectified. -fire alarm went off at 2200, was in bed, had to get up, get dressed and descend 7 floors with a knee injury, not easy! Obvs I am not moaning about the alarm going off…….i am moaning because once I got to reception, everyone was normal, people at bar drinking, nobody to greet you and tell you what was going on. Had to find someone who said “oh false alarm”. Urm could you not have said that over the in room speaker system?! Not amused. - Also not amused being deducted £150 on arrival (didn’t just take a credit card as back up) on top of room charge in case I used the mini bar. Which I didn’t……..still waiting for my money back. Good - amazing concierge service, remembered my name, greeted me each time. - lovely bathroom, big rooms, slightly tired fitted furniture but v clean. - lovely location, good local restaurants. - friendly staff. ”
